The Open Centre is a therapy and self-development centre, where a diverse range of approaches to personal growth are offered. Both group work and individual work are available. More information on the activities of the Open Centre can be found here.


Travel directions

Underground

Old Street underground station (Northern Line). Take EXIT 3 (yellow exit), direction Barbican. You will come out on Old Street, on the left hand side of the road. Walk past the petrol station and you will find the Open Centre in the building on your left . 

Bus

You can catch buses 55, 243 and 505 on Old Street (stopping right in front of the Open Centre) and numbers 5, 43, 76, 141, 214 and 271 on City Road.

Railway

Several train stations can be used to travel to the Open Centre:

Old Street underground station is also served by First Capital Connect's Moorgate (Great Northern) line.

Liverpool Street station is a 15 minute walk from the Open Centre.

Moorgate station (10 minute walk from the Open Centre) is served by First Capital Connect's Thameslink & Great Northern services.

Kings Cross, St. Pancras and Euston stations are 2/3 tube stops from Old Street.

Car

Car parking is metered during weekdays and on Saturday mornings, but is free after 6.30pm weekdays and (in some cases) 1.30pm Saturday. Parking is free on Sundays.

Several paid car parks are available in the vicinity.

The Open Centre is just inside the congestion charging zone.
